Gore Property Management was established in 2012 with a mission to simplify the lives of Kenginston based property owners, take the stress out of managing multiple homes, and provide a high-value service that placed convenience as its core.

Our professional and friendly team have helped clients with everything from maintaining their homes, paying bills, and hiring domestic staff, to having fresh flowers on display and a freshly-stocked fridge when required. No job is too big or too small for Gore Property Management.

We have access to a black book of vetted contractors who deliver a high quality service at extremely competitive prices and we have a demonstrable track record of negotiating preferential rates on behalf of landlords. Our team will then manage and supervise all repairs and maintenance from beginning to end.

Some of our clients have asked us to manage and pay all household bills (utilities, insurance, council tax, etc.), and manage your property’s accounts with trustees on a monthly or quarterly basis.
